Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

We are committed to delivering fast and secure orders to your doorstep all over the country. We ship to locations across India with trusted courier partners. Hazra Enterprises exercises all the necessary measures to securely deliver your order within 7 days of the order being placed.  However, deliveries are beyond the sole control of our company and can be affected by multiple factors. 

Customers are requested to check delivery availability with their PIN before finalizing their purchase. For any information about service locations, you can get in touch with our customer service team via email or call. Our shipping and delivery terms and conditions are as follows. 

 

1. Shipping Policy 

Please read our terms and conditions related to Shipping & Delivery policies for further information. 

 

  • Address: All users ought to make certain that the shipping address includes the residence, area, town, country, and landmark. We are not chargeable for delays or non-delivery due to wrong or incomplete addresses.

  • Transport Delays: While Hazra companies strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen situations, which include transportation strikes, climate, pandemics, etc. You'll be notified about any delays on your registered number.

  • Multiple Shipments: More than one shipment might reach one by one, depending on the availability and dispatch frequency.

  • Order tracking: All orders (except specific deliveries) are dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing the order. Once dispatched, you will get hold of a monitoring identification via email/SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account. 

  • Unreachable or Refused Deliveries: If the delivery partner is unable to deliver because of the client being unreachable or refusing the bundle, re-shipping costs could be paid by the customer. We are not chargeable for unreachable or refused deliveries.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will try to transport up to three instances. If unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us.

  • Damaged packages: Please do not accept the package if the bundle seems tampered with or broken. In such instances, contact our customer support immediately.

  • Fragile objects: All fragile items are securely packed to save them from damage during transit. Please investigate the bundle upon delivery and record any breakage within 24 hours. Please make an unboxing video, even as establishing such packages, and share it with our crew without delay to record any such damage.

 

2.  Hazra Enterprises Shipping Charges- Domestic

 

We ship to almost every corner of the country, including metro cities, tier 2 cities, and remote/rural locations. Our shipping charges (domestic- normal deliveries) are:

 

  • Orders above 999 get Free Shipping

  • Orders below 999- 50 INR: Shipping fee

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – An additional 50 INR for cash on delivery extra

  • Express shipping is available in selected areas, with additional costs depending on the size of the package. 

 

3. Hazra Enterprises- Estimated Delivery Time

 

All products are shipped within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. The estimated time of arrival of domestic deliveries is as follows:

 

  • Metro Cities- All products are delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Tier 1 & 2 Cities- All products are delivered in 5-7 business days.

  • Rural/Remote Area - All products will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

 

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

 

 4. Express Shipping Policy

 

Hazara Enterprise provides express shipping to selected cities in India so that you can receive your products on your special days without delay. Express shipping is only applicable on orders above 999. Please check express shipping availability by entering your PIN code or contacting our customer service team. The shipping and delivery policies for express shipping are:

 

  • All products are delivered within 1–2 business days (after dispatch)

  • Users can select express delivery at checkout (if eligible by pin code)

  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours of the order being placed

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
